Emerald Advisory Indonesia was founded on a simple observation: most Europe–Indonesia opportunities do not fail because of a lack of ambition, capital or market demand. They fail because decisions arrive too late, risks are poorly structured, and institutions struggle to align interests across borders.
As trade, investment and regulatory links between Europe and Indonesia continue to deepen, organizations face increasing complexity. Sustainability requirements, supply chain regulation, market access conditions, investment readiness and capital mobilization are no longer separate challenges. They are part of the same strategic landscape.
Emerald Advisory Indonesia was established to help organizations navigate that landscape.
Today, our work focuses on three areas: CBAM, EU Market Access and Investment Readiness. However, these activities are part of a broader mission: supporting better strategic decisions across the Europe–Indonesia corridor.
We work with companies, investors, project developers, institutions and public-sector stakeholders seeking to create sustainable and commercially viable outcomes. Our role is not simply to provide technical advice. Our role is to help structure decisions, align stakeholders and improve execution.
My professional background spans institutional investment management, pension fund governance, academia and strategic advisory. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of capital allocation, governance and long-term value creation. These experiences have shaped a simple conviction: successful organizations are built on sound decision-making, strong governance and the ability to execute over the long term.
At Emerald Advisory Indonesia, we combine international perspective with practical execution. We believe that trust, clarity and institutional quality remain the foundation of successful partnerships.
