Dr. G. A. Anggara Kasih
Dr. G. A. Anggara Kasih brings over 30 years of expertise in environmental engineering, climate adaptation, and sustainable development. With a Doctorate in Environmental and Life Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan, Dr. Anggara Kasih has led impactful projects across Indonesia, Japan, and the Netherlands. Her work includes ground breaking research in climate change vulnerability, sustainable aquaculture, and coastal ecosystem rehabilitation, alongside collaborations with global organizations like UNDP, USAID, and ADB. Fluent in four languages, she excels in bridging international initiatives with local communities for meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Robert Picauly
Robert Picauly is a senior executive with a longstanding career in global investment and asset management. Holding a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam, and with advanced education from MIT, Harvard, and Oxford, he combines academic excellence with business acumen and real-world impact. Robert has held senior leadership roles at significant asset owners such as APG Asset Management and NN Group, where he managed multi-billion-euro portfolios and pioneered groundbreaking organizational initiatives in impact investing, infrastructure, and ESG strategies. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, he has shaped sustainable finance practices and strategic partnerships, and fostered innovation in global finance.

Senior Advisor
Robert van Zwieten
Robert van Zwieten is a senior global executive with nearly four decades of experience in global finance, emerging markets, and sustainable development. Holding law degrees from Leiden University and Columbia Law School, and an MBA from the University of Chicago, he has worked across six continents.
He is a Founding Partner of Route17, a boutique blended finance advisory firm. He is also a Fellow of the Climate Policy Initiative, Ambassador of the World Benchmarking Alliance, board member of several companies and a bank, and investment committee member and advisor of several investment funds in Asia and Africa. He is a Research Fellow of the Transition Investment Lab at New York University Stern School Abu Dhabi and has co-authored articles about sovereign wealth funds and sustainable investing.
Robert was the President and CEO of EMPEA (renamed GPCA), the global industry association for private capital in emerging markets, representing an aggregate $5 trillion in AUM. Before this, he served as a Director - Private Sector Capital Markets at Asian Development Bank. This followed more than two decades in senior executive positions in global financial markets in Europe, the United States, and Asia, with firms such as ABN AMRO Bank (Head Global Clients Asia), General Electric (Regional and Global Treasurer), Lehman Brothers (CAO), and Singapore Exchange (CFO).
